I would highly recommend Mark from SOS. We had remediation in some of our basement including removing some walls and flooring, treating our rim joists, and removing carpet that had moldy tack strips. One of the top mold testers in the state recommended Mark to me. When the owner of the company is onsite doing the work, you know they are invested in doing a great job. Mark was an awesome communicator, had great follow through, and was meticulous, and his prices were competitive and fair. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and you should too!

We installed new carpet about 1.5 years ago and after a remodel and two dogs, we wanted to protect our investment with our carpet warranty. We couldn’t believe that even with almost new carpet we could tell a difference! I always try to use local small businesses for services and I’m glad I found SOS. When we had our Hot Water Heater fail suddenly and water damage to a good chunk of our finished basement, Mark was here within an hour of my phone call and by the end of the day had the damaged carpet, flooring, and drywall out, mold development mitigated, and 7+ industrial drying fans running.
